This payment plan allows your agents to submit and order before payment.
The agent will not be able to download any media after delivery until they pay in full for the order as the photos would be watermarked when previewing the download page and after they get to view the download page and they will be redirected to pay for the order before viewing and downloading the media.
After clicking on the download assests, they will be prompted to the payment portal
The payment pop up will show the total amount due and will also show if there are available credits that will be applied to the total
After payment, they can now view and access the order without any watermarks on the photos
FAQ's
What if I tried to preview the download page and it did not have any watermarks on the photos?
You would need to make sure you are previewing the listing on an incognito or different browser. If the system can detect that you are logged in to your admin account, the content will be locked
Can my clients preview the videos and the floor plan?
No they cannot, only photos can be previewed
What if the agent did not see their credits?
This only means that they were not logged in upon payment. If they weren't able to use the credit, they can always use it for another order
