Adding your Vimeo account will allow for included video on the Display Page to be download by your clients on the Download page. Also if you are using the Dropbox auto-import feature Spiro will automatically take the video file on dropbox upload to Vimeo and then link it on the Display page. Note: Auto Import will not trigger after the media has been delivered. Any change to media after the Listing is Delivered will need to be manually loaded to via the Property Website Editor
TIP: We suggest you set your Vimeo Privacy setting to be "Hide From Vimeo"
1. Login to your portal
2. Click on Settings…
3. Click on Integrations
4. Click on Vimeo Configuration
5. Click on Add Vimeo Account
6. You will now need to allow access to your Vimeo Account
7. Click on Allow
Vimeo Privacy Setting
We suggest you set your account to make all videos the privacy setting of "Hide From Vimeo". This setting will allow you to embed the video into the property website however it will not advertise or publish the video outwardly on the internet. This is an important setting as in the US MLS there is a requirement that agents cannot advertise a Listing prior to the "go live" date. Doing so can cause the agent to be fined in some cases.
