When setting up your Services (the building blocks of your order pages) you have the option to Link Services. When you link a service you are telling Spiro which services to try and sell as additional products on the order page. Spiro will automatically try to sell any linked service that has not already been ordered.
Note: In order for Pop-Up Offers/Upsells to populate you must link Services.
For example on the Service Photography you can link Video, Drone, Floor plan and Twilight. Now on the order page when some one orders Photography
Pop up services need to be “linked” to the Service. When you link 1 service to another you are telling Spiro which items to try and upsell (not pop up) in the additional services step on the order page:
In order for Services to appear in your pop up offer/upsell section you just have to link them together.
How to Link Services
Go to your Services section
Edit the Service you want to Link Services
In the Linked Services Section click Add New
Check mark the desired Services that can be upsold
Click Apply
Save the Service
Now you have successfully linked your services to automatically try and sell more for you on the order page!
