How Photographers Access a Client Company’s Media Library

Purpose


The Media Library allows Spiro photographers and photography companies to view and download all delivered media for any client company in their account.
This tool is used by photographers only — clients and agents cannot access it themselves.

It is especially helpful for:

  • Pulling historical files for a client

  • Supporting brokerages that need older content re-sent

  • Quickly locating delivered media without opening individual orders

  • Assisting marketing departments retrieving assets

What This Allows You To Do

  • View all delivered listings for a client company

  • Download media on behalf of a client

  • Assist a brokerage admin or marketing team

  • Help customers locate missing or older content

How to Access a Client Company’s Media Library

  1. In the left navigation menu, click Clients.

  2. Select Companies.

  3. Search for the company name or choose it from the list.

  4. Click Manage Company.

  5. Click Media Library.

The Media Library will display all delivered listings and media associated with that company.

Notes & Tips

  • The Media Library only shows delivered jobs. Undelivered or in-progress tasks will not appear.

  • If a client cannot find media on their end, you can download it here and send it to them.

  • Access to this page is controlled by the photographer’s login — clients cannot access this section themselves.
