You may wish to disable access to an Agent in the system. Agents who are inactive will not have access to their portal and cannot access old media, settings or invoices and also cannot place a new order

1. Click on Agents

Click on Agents

2. Search for the Agent

Search for the Agent

3. "Manage" the agent

4. In the Agent Info Box Toggle the Active state off

5. Toggle Off

6. Confirm you want to deactivate this Agent

7. The System will confirm the change is successful
