You may now delete or disable access to an Agent in the system. Inactive agents will not have access to their portal and cannot access old media, settings or invoices and also cannot place a new order

To get started, you would need to access your client's tab and look for the agent there

Look up the agent from the search bar, once you have selected which agent, click on manage
Once you're in there's two options available, the first one would be to deactivate the agent - here's how you can do it:
Toggle off the active button
The other option would be to delete
