You may wish to disable access to an Agent in the system. Agents who are inactive will not have access to their portal and cannot access old media, settings or invoices and also cannot place a new orderββ# Find the Client in the Agent ListGo to https://admin.spiro.media/clients/agents1. Click on Agents2. Search for the Agent3. "Manage" the agent4. In the Agent Info Box Toggle the Active state off5. Toggle Off6. Confirm you want to deactivate this Agent7. The System will confirm the change is successful
