The photographer portal needs to understand the location of your device to accurately calculate drive times in the photographer portal. If you are receiving an error in the photographer portal please check these 4 items:
iOS Photographer Portal Checklist:
Sharing locations is enabled (generally on the phone)
Go to on IOS - Settings - Privacy - Location Settings
Scroll to your browser name and select(Safari/Chrome/etc)
Be Sure location is allowed
Sharing locations with Chrome/Safari (your browser) is enabled
In your Safari - Tap the AA icon
Click Website Settings
Under Location - Make sure you have Allow
The photographer portal is allowed to access your location
Locations are on
Once location data is enable from those 4 locations the photographer portal will load without an error on iOS devices.
