We have designed a portal to quickly and easily guide you in the field for your shoot day.


How to use the ​Photographer Portal

Key Steps

1. Logging into the Photographer Portal 0:21

2. Checking Your Schedule 0:33

  • After logging in, view the dashboard.

  • Check the number of jobs scheduled for the day.

3. Preparing Equipment 1:03

  • Review the jobs for the day to determine necessary equipment.

  • Charge batteries and prepare equipment the night before.

4. Begin Day Action 1:34

  • About an hour before your first appointment, click 'Begin Day'.

  • Confirm the time you plan to arrive at the first job.

5. Sending Notifications to Clients 2:51

  • After confirming your arrival time, notifications will be sent to the clients.

6. Navigating to the First Property 3:11

  • Click the address to open Google Maps for navigation.

  • If needed, call the realtor using the provided phone number.

7. Checking In at the Property 4:19

  • Upon arrival, click the 'Check In' button.

  • Confirm the time you will be at the next appointment.

8. Completing the Job 5:40

  • Perform all required services at the property.

  • After finishing, return to the portal and mark the job as complete.

9. Providing Job Completion Feedback 5:49

  • Answer questions regarding the readiness of the home using the stoplight coding system (Green, Yellow, Red).

  • Add completion notes if necessary.

  • Tap the address for the next property to navigate there.

11. Finalizing the Day 8:05

  • After completing the last job, upload files to Dropbox if applicable.

Cautionary Notes

  • Always check the readiness of the home before starting your shoot.

  • Ensure all equipment is charged and ready the night before to avoid delays.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Review your schedule the night before to plan your equipment needs.

  • Use the downtime between appointments to take breaks or refuel.

  • Keep communication open with the office for any support needed.
