There are times you need to go back out to the property for a second appointment, there are a couple of ways you can create a second appointment one of those is the Reshoot button inside the Order Overview page.

2. Find the order you would like to schedule a second appointment and Modify the order
3. Click on Reshoot
4. Reshoot Properties
Set a Shoot Date Preference and or time restriction
5. Set the Entry Method
6. Enter any Comments about this shoot
7. Are you fixing a problem, if so tick "Is this a fix"
This will note to the photographer that this is an appointment where they are fixing a problem. It is always good to note these appointments and handle them carefully to ensure all problems are taken care of with this follow up visit.
8. Set the On Site Duration for this appointment
9. Will there be an amount invoiced for this appointment?
If nothing is to be invoiced enter $0
10. Select if this shoot includes Exterior and or Interior shots
11. Enter in details of what is to be photographed/filmed
All of these instructions are added in the Photographer portal, this will ensure all information about this Reshoot job are included and available onsite
12. Add at least 1 Base Type or Add on Product
You must let the system know what type of product this Reshoot will include, this will ensure the system knows what restriction to include with scheduling a Photographer. Example if this order has Drone on the job we want to restrict sending non-drone photographer to complete this job
13. Click on Reshoot Order
Now this Reshoot order will be back in the "Orders" grid with a status of Pending. You will then need to manually schedule this job with a Date, Time and Photographer
