There are times when you need to clone all information about a job in order to schedule another appointment. You could be cloning an old job that has come on the market again and the agent would like the same services they ordered previously.β

2. Find the Order you would like to Duplicate and go to the Order Overview page
3. Click on Duplicate
4. Set a Date Preference 1 and 2
5. If you want the Agent to receive a new order email click on Send out an "Order Submitted" email
6. If this Order had modified pricing and or On-site duration and you would like to keep the modified value tick this box
7. Click on Clone Order
You're done, you will now have a new Order for this job in the Pending phase. Click "Orders" and set the phase dropdown to "Pending Scheduling" to see and manually schedule this job.
