How to clone an Order by using Duplicate

There are times when you need to clone all information about a job in order to schedule another appointment. You could be cloning an old job that has come on the market again and the agent would like the same services they ordered previously.

To get started, find the Order you would like to duplicate and go to the Order Overview page​ and click on the square icon

After clicking on the duplicate icon, this page should appear

This page would allow you to send an email notification and clone existing price and duration overrides

As mentioned above, Spiro cannot automatically schedule this order; you will still have to manually schedule this order.

You also have the option to cancel the order
