Communication is key in keeping track of all the details that go into servicing your agents. Spiro allows you to keep Internal Notes on a job to keep your entire team looped into the conversation
2. Find and Edit the Order you would like to add Internal Notes
3. Click on the text box icon
4. Enter any notes you wish to save
5. Click on Save Note
6. Your note is now saved!
Notes are available to all Admin users and all Editors that have a Task associated with this job. The system will mark that your user added this note and also timestamp the note for reference!
