Communication is key in keeping track of all the details that go into servicing your agents.
Spiro allows you to see Internal Notes on a job to keep your entire team looped into the conversation.
Find and edit the Order you would like to add Internal Notes to.
On the right hand side of the page, you will see a small icon, you need to click there
Notes are available to all Admin users and all Editors who have a Task associated with this job. The system will mark that your user added this note and also timestamp the note for reference!
How will I know if there's a note?
You will see the comment icon with a number to indicate how many notes were left
