How to Place an Order for a New Client

If a new client calls and needs to place an order for the first time, you can quickly place the order and create an account in one step
​

  1. To place an order for a new agent
    ​

    1. Open the order page you wish to place the order under
      ​

      1. NOTE: If you need to find a link to your default order page or any custom order page you can always find your order page links here
        ​

        1. From this list find the order page you would like to place an order
          ​

        2. On the far right column of this list click the "eye" icon to open the order page
          ​

          2. NOTE: You can bookmark any order page so you can quickly visit the page when needed

    2. Now that you have the order page open you can proceed with placing an order for a new client

      1. Click "Create Account"
        ​

      2. Proceed with all steps on the order page
        ​

    3. Upon submission of the order an account for the agent will automatically be created
      ​

      1. You can view all of your agent accounts here: https://admin.spiro.media/clients/agents
        ​

      2. NOTE: New Clients are created automatically however you will have to manually assign them a company (if desired)
