Your Service Areas define the locations you will accept jobs and your clients will not be able to book outside these areas, however we understand there are times where you need to override the system and place an order outside these areas. We are happy to let you know an admin can do this quickly and easily!

Note: If this is a NEW client you must first add the Client to Spiro. Go to Clients - Agents - Create New. After you create the Agent you can then login as the agent and override the Service Area restriction.

    1. Allow Out of Service Area Jobs

      1. When an admin places an order on behalf of an agent (tutorial here) you now have the option to allow an out of service area job (Auto Scheduling Only)

      2. If an admin enters an address that is out of your service area(s) you will see the following pop up

        1. If you wish to allow this address click the "Allow this Address (Admin Override)" button (Note: Only Admins placing an order for the client will see this option)

      3. If you choose to proceed you will see the following pop up

          1. Select which service area you want to associate this address with

          2. Click the "View on Map" if you want to see the route from the selected service area to the address

          3. Enter the trip fee to the agent and to the company

          4. Click Continue

        1. Finish Placing the order as normal

          1. Note: Agents will not be able to reschedule this appointment on their own account. They will have to call to your office and an admin will have to modify this appointment
