By default the New Order email template is sent to the agent immediately after the order is placed. There are times when you may need to modify an order before an agent see the details in the email. Admin can easily restrict the sending of the new order email, make any adjustments as needed and then trigger the sending of the new order email!

  1. When an admin places an order for a client they now have the ability to NOT send the New Order email.

    1. Many of you have asked for this update and this will allow you to place an order for a client but then make changes to the order (pricing, appointment date and time, etc). This leads to less confusion from the agent in not receiving a New Order email with information that you are going to immediately override.

        1. NOTE: This hold is only for emails, if there are SMS subscribers on the email they (homeowners) will receive the "Getting Ready Guide" email

      1. After you have made your adjustment to the Order you can trigger the New Order email from inside the Order Overview Page
