The Photographer portal is your guide in the field, it automatically sends the 1 appointment before text message and gives you all of the information about the shoot and the order. Finally it helps you track completion data. We understand this process doesn't work for all companies and we have a simple workflow that will allow you to skip the Photographer Portal
1. Click on Orders
2. Click on Confirmed
3. Look to the Date Schedule column, this is the Shoot Date
4. Find the Job you wish to complete - Click Manage
5. You will arrive on the Order Overview Page
6. Click on Force Photographer Complete
7. Click on Confirm
8. Now the status has been changed to Photographer Completed
Within 1-2 minutes you will find this property in the Listings Menu, you do not need to click the create "Create Delivery Page" button, this process will happen automatically for you. If you do click this button it will not have a negative effect and will create the page on demand. In the end the result will be the same.
9. Load your Media - Click on Listings
10. You will find an entry for your shoot. You can now load and deliver your media
