Delivery - Single Property Websites

Single Property Websites are the branded & unbranded pages, along with the Assets Download Page that hold your finished media for your client. To create and manage a Delivery page for a particular listing:

Create a Stand-a-lone Delivery (No order has been placed)

  1. Click Listings

  2. Click + Create Listing

  3. Input the property info, click save

Create a Delivery Page after your Shoot

  1. When an order page been placed and you have completed the shoot in the Photographer Portal a Listing will be automatically created for you.

  2. Click Listings

  3. You should find your property already entered in the list

The Property Website Editor is where you will upload your edited photos (into the Gallery), and other media files (videos, floorplans, 3D tours, etc).

To upload edited photos:

  1. Click on Gallery.

  2. Click the Upload Button. You can Choose a local file (or files) to upload, or, drag a group of files to the Upload window. When the files are done uploading, click Save Images. The images are now populated in the Gallery

  3. You can rearrange photos in the gallery by clicking Rearrange, and then clicking and dragging the photos in any order you’d like. Click Save Changes to save your arrangement.

To upload an unbranded or branded video:

  1. To add a video file to the Display page, click the +Add New Section link.

  1. Choose Videos.

  2. A Video module will appear in the Sections list. Click the new Video Section to expand it.

  3. Click +Add Video.

  4. In the Link to unbranded video (Youtube, Vimeo) field, paste the URL for the unbranded video you’d like to add to the Display Page.

  5. If you have a branded video, check the I have a branded video box, and then paste in the URL for the branded video you’d like to add to the Display Page.

There are other options in the Video Section:

  1. Click Show in Navigation Menu if you’d like this section displayed in the top right navigation menu.

  2. Enter a name for the Navigation Menu Title.

  3. Enter a name for the Display Section Title.

  4. If you wish, you can enter a Display Section Subtitle.

  5. Click Save Changes.

To upload other file types:

  1. Click +Add New Section. You can add the following media files:

  1. Floor Plans

  2. 3D Tours

  3. Open House Details (you or your client can enter this information)

  4. Other Files (Flyers, etc).

You can now click the red Preview under the Quick Actions heading (immediately below the Order Details Card). This will show you what the client’s Display Page for a listing will look like. The order of various items on the page can be rearranged by clicking and dragging the 6 dots next to each section (Landing, Property Info, Videos, Gallery, Google Maps, Contact Info).

Once all of your media is uploaded you can simply click the Delivery button to send the email to the client!


Let’s explore each section and the details that can be edited in each.

  1. Landing - The Landing Page contains the following:

    1. General Information such as the:

      1. Address Title (this can be the address itself, or another creative title you choose to use)

      2. Address Subtitle - Add a subtitle for the Address Line if you choose

    2. Images Slider - The Display Page will rotate up to 5 images from your Gallery. By default, Spiro will choose the first 5 images in your Gallery, but these can be changed by clicking the garbage can icon to remove any images you don’t want, and clicking the Edit button and choosing the images you’d like to add.

      1. *Note: You can rearrange the order the images rotate in by clicking and dragging the 6 dots icon beside each image file.

    3. Hero Videos - You can place a “Play Video” icon on the Hero Images (large rotating images at the top of the Display Page) for either an unbranded or branded video. Just copy and paste the URL for both in the appropriate windows.

  2. Property Info - This is where you can update the information about the property. To show this section in the Navigation Menu at the top right of the Display Page, click the checkbox that says Show in Navigation Menu. You can also rename this link in the Navigation Menu Title box. Other fields you can update:

    1. Display Section Title

    2. Display Section Subtitle

    3. Description - (By default, the address for the listing is auto-filled)

    4. House Square Feet

    5. Lot Acreage

    6. Bedroom Count

    7. Bathroom Count

    8. Click Save Changes to save your data

  3. Google Maps - You can modify the section name and enable or disable points of interest (POIs) such as schools, cafes, gyms, etc.

    1. Click Show in Navigation Menu if you’d like this section displayed in the top right navigation menu.

    2. Enter a Name for the Navigation Menu Title.

    3. Enter a name for the Google Maps section in the Display Section Title box.

    4. If you’d like, enter a name in the Display Section Subtitle box.

    5. Click the checkbox if you’d like to Show Points of Interest.

    6. Click Save Changes.

  4. Contact Info - The ability to show Contact Info in the Navigation Menu, and also the main page via the Display Page Title and Display Section Subtitle resides in this section. You can also enable a “Schedule” function by clicking the checkbox. It appears as a CONTACT link which opens a popup window asking for the lead’s name, email, phone number and a comment.

  1. Website Settings - This section allows you to update the following on the Display Page:

    1. The Display Theme (currently there is only one theme. More themes will be added in the future).

    2. The URL Slug (the website address for the Display Page)

    3. The Primary Color and the Secondary Color (changed via Hex Values).

    4. Click the Save Changes to save any updates you make to this section.

  2. Page Popups - Display Pages also have the ability to display both a:

    1. Lead Capture Popup

    2. Contact Us Popup

To add either type of Popup, click the +Add Popup button, choose the Popup type from the dropdown menu under Popup details, and also set the Delay Time in milliseconds for when you want the popup to appear after a user loads the Display Page. You can click the Required checkbox if you’d like to force the user to enter the required information to view the listing details and photos/video. When you’re done adding one or both types of popups, click the Save popup button.

  1. Email Logs - Email logs record what System generated emails are sent from Spiro to your clients.

Download Assets Page

The Download Assets Page is a convenient place for your client to download all of their media files that you have created for them. This page provides:

  1. A URL for their Branded Website along with:

    1. A link to share the page (Share button), and:

    2. A QR Code they can share.

  2. A URL for their Unbranded Website along with:

    1. A link to share the page (Share button), and:

    2. A QR Code they can share

  3. Photo Download functionality

    1. Download button (zip file)

    2. Print Quality Resolution files (Print Quality Resolution photos are set to the resolution of your uploaded file).

    3. Web Quality Resolution (Web resolution photos are 2000 pixels on the long side of the photo, 72dpi)

    4. Custom Size Resolution (this allows the client to specify an horizontal dimension. The vertical dimension will be determined by the ratio of the original image )

    5. Branded (this will allow the client to add branding to the images they download)
