You can choose not to send a email/sms template that is defined in Spiro. For example if you are a single photographer and not using photographer invoicing/payout, you can easily disable that by following this:
How to turn off Email Template
To get started, from your dashboard, you may go to your Settings, from there look for the email template:
Go to Settings:
Go to Email Templates
Once you have clicked on the toggle button this pop up would show up
Simply click on confirm, and your template will be disabled
How to turn off SMS Templates
This is also under your settings tab, just above the Email templates
The same steps apply for disabling any SMS Messages
*NOTE - Media-complete SMS messages are controlled at the agent level in their settings. By default, Media-Complete messaging is done through email only, but can be sent as an SMS if opted in.
