Merge Fleet Setup
Integrate Vimeo
Integrate Dropbox
Add Folder
Add a Task that uses the Merge Fleet
Just add all fields as shown above
Now we need to link this Task on your Video Service
Find/Edit your Video Service that you would like to use the Merge Fleet as the video editors
Add the Task in which you created in the steps above. Now every time this Service is ordered this task will be assigned
Now you need to place an Order that includes your Video Service
Place a test order under your Agent record and order a Bundle with video (or select it as an add on)
Now we are going to force the completion of this job
Once the Order is Placed "Manage" the order
In the Search bar you can search for the address of the order and then click the address to go to the manage page
Click the button "Force Photographer Completed"
This will allow us to skip ahead in the timeline to after the shoot has been completed
In a few minutes you will see the Listing appear β Open the Property Website builder
Click Listings and wait for this property to appear
Open the Property Website Editor (this is the icon on the far right the page with the folded corned)
From the Property Website Builder you will have a link to the Dropbox Folder
This is a button labeled "Dropbox" at the top of the page
Upload your re-numbered clips (001, 002, 003, etc) to the folder we created above in Step 2b
The Merge Fleet will scan this folder for video clips and when all clips are uploaded will begin to process the video.
The finished video can be seen on the PWE under the Video section β also the video will be automatically uploaded to your Vimeo account
