A very popular payment method is requiring your clients to pay for their images prior to downloading.  Inside of Spiro we can accommodate this payment method.

In your Settings Menu navigate to your Invoicing General section

In the dropdown menu choose the payment method "Pay Before Download"

2. In the dropdown menu choose the payment method "Pay Before Download"

3. Click "Save Changes"

<b>Can I choose to override a payment plan?</b>

Yes!  You can always override your company default payment plan on a Company or an Agent.  This means you can set your default to Pay Before Download but then Agent by Agent or Company by Company set a different payment plan

<b>How Can I override my default payment plan?</b>

Find the Company or Agent you would like to override your default payment plan.  Edit their record.  In this edit screen you can modify their individual payment plan.
