The Marketing Content page provides ready-to-use marketing materials to help promote your listings and brand. Available materials include:

Postcards
Social Media Tiles
Accessing Marketing Content
From the Admin Portal, navigate to Marketing Content to view all available templates.
Editing a Marketing Template
To customize any marketing material:
Select a template and click to open it.
Use the editing tools on the left side of the screen to update the content.
Save or download your finished material when complete.
Editing Tools Overview
Text
Edit all text elements within the template, including headings and body text.
You may select from available fonts or upload your own custom fonts.
Photos
Replace images in the template, including:
Listing photos
Agent branding
Icons and visual assets
Background
Update the background using:
Stock photos
Solid colors to match agent branding
Elements
Add or modify visual elements to customize the layout, such as:
Shapes
Lines
Icons
Resize
Resize the marketing material to fit different formats, including social media post sizes.
Saving and Downloading
When edits are complete:
Click Save Changes to keep your progress
Use Download or Share to export the finished material
