If you need to revisit the property to reshoot you do not have to place a new order and can use the reshoot function from the Order Overview Page

1. Click on Reshoot
2. Select the clients scheduling Date Preference
3. If you are Fixing a Problem tick "Is a fix"
At our REP company we have learned that knowing why the photographer is revisiting a property is important. If the shoot is a fix it is important to make sure the reshoot goes perfectly to make up for an unhappy client.
4. Type in any Fix instructions to the Photographer
5. Type in the Appointment Duration
6. If you need to Invoice the Agent type in the Price
7. What are you reshooting?
You must select Exterior and/or Interior
8. Type in Instructions for this section of the house
9. Does the photographer need to take photos and or video?
10. If Interior needs reshot also tick Shoot Interior
11. Type in the room the photographer will be reshooting
12. Add in details about the room to successfully complete the reshoot
13. Select if the Photographer will be taking Photos and or Video
After you have completed the details for this Interior Room you have the option to add another room to the reshoot details
14. You must select a Base Type - the Service the photographer will perform
Tip: We suggest you create a service called "Reshoot"
15. Click on Reshoot Order
16. Now the page will refresh and you will be on the NEW Reshoot Order
17. Note the Appointment is Pending - you must schedule the job
18. Click on Schedule to set an appointment
19. Set the Date and Time of the Appoitnment
20. Select the Photographer who will be scheduled for the Appointment
21. Select Save as Confirmed if the client already have confirmed this date and time
Alternatively you can save the appointment as "Scheduled" in which the system will email the appointment to the Agent to ask if the date and time will work for them. From this email they can confirm the appointment.
