Asking question on your order page can be a very powerful tool to help you understand what the client wants onsite. We have also built in more features to allow you to modify on site duration, add price to the order or suggest an upsell!

1. Click on Shopping Cart…

2. Click on Questions

3. Click on Create Question

4. Select Question Type

For this example we are going to use "Just gathering information" this goal of this question is to just receive an answer

-Suggest or add a service based on the answer

This will allow you to ask a question and based on the answer suggest the client adds a service to the order.

-Add a price or extra time based on the answer

This will allow you to ask a question and based on the answer either add price (cost) to the order or add duration to the appointment

6. Fill in the General info sections of the question

Use the key above to help you understand how these sections will appear to you client

6A. Select Where you would like the Question and Answer to Show

You can display this to your photographers and or editors

7. Select the Type of Answer your client will give

  1. Text - a text block they can input free text

  2. Numeric - forces a number to be input

  3. Checkbox - allows your client to select multiple answers

  4. Dropdown - client must choose only 1 answer

  5. Yes/no - client must respond with either yes or no

8. Now add the Answers

9. Type in the Answer and optionally a description

10. Continue to Add Answers until you have all options covered

11. When complete click "Create Question"

12. After your Question and answers have been added you MUST link it so it will appear on an order page

15. Give the link a Name - this is just to help you remember the question and where it will show

There are many advanced options to link a question. In the simpliest from you can checkmark to add this question to every person on every order page.

# Now During the Ordering Process your question will appear!
