When you are assigning your Tasks onto Services, the system requires you to have a #1 sequence number Task.
There are some scenarios where you may not want a Task to be #1. In this case you can create a "dummy" task that does nothing. This Task can be assigned #1 so you can then assign higher sequence numbers to the Tasks of that Service.
How to create a Place Holder Task
1. Enter Name - Place Holder
2. Task Type - Service
3. System Task Options - Webhook Only Task
4. Webhook URL
Paste this into the field:
5. Set - X Days after Appointment (Sun-Sat) at Y time
6. Set - 06:00 am
7. Immediate Once Active - Task can trigger prior to due date
8. Click on Save Changes
