How to Add an Additional Contact

Additional contacts are email and SMS recipients that you define and who then receive all future emails that you do. When creating an order you can also specify an additional contact as someone who can confirm your orders.

Here's a step-by-step on how you can add those contacts

On the agent profile

To get started, click on the search button, then look up the agent you'll be adding as a recipient to

Once you're in the agent's account, click on their name and navigate over to Settings

You should be redirected to the settings page, and from there, click on Account Managers and Contacts

You'll be asked to fill out this form:

Make sure to hit save!


On the Admin Side

Navigate over to the Clients Tab β†’ Agents β†’ Manage Agent

Click on Edit

Navigate over to Media Delivery cc - for this section to add more email addresses, you should be able to by adding a semi-colon ; per email and you should be good to go!


For All Agent Invoice Emails

If your agent needs someone to always receive all emails they can add that person to the portal. Remember you can log in as the agent so you can do this for them as well

In this instance you will need to go to the Billing Details tab

Fill out this section:

And if you're looking to add more, simply click on the Add Recepient and another box should appear
