The downloadable reports in Spiro are a CSV (comma-separated) file. However, because much of the data in the reports includes a "," we have chosen to use a different separator value.
All of the reports are separated by a "|" (bar) which can be entered by holding shift + \ on your keyboard.
On Mac Numbers, you will need to change the separator (delimiter) from a "," to a "|"
Open the Report in Numbers (Mac)
You will see that the columns are incorrect
Click the bubble "Table data was imported and can be adjusted"
Set the "Custom Delimiter" to |
Click "Update Table" and Now all of your Columns will appear correct!
