Asking your current clients to refer new clients to you is a great way to acquire new business. Spiro can make it easy for you to reward both the new client and also the existing client who brought in the referral
1. Click on Shopping Cart…
2. Click on Referral Program
3. Turn on the Referral Program
4. Enter in the amount the NEW agent will receive off their first order
5. Enter in the amount of Credit the referring agent will receive
6. Click on Save Changes
How your Agents will use the Referral Program
When your client login to your portal there is a "Referral" link in the top menu bar
When your agents click on that link a pop up will appear:
Your agents have several ways to share their referral link or code
Tap the "Text Message" button - Spiro will automatically create a text message pasting in the referral code and instructions for your agent. They will simply just enter in the NEW agent to send the message
Copy the Referral Code - NEW agents will use this code upon checkout to apply the referral amount
Copy the Referral Link - the referral link will take the NEW agent to your order page and automatically apply the referral code
Share Options - there are other popular forms of communication your agent can use to share the referral code/link
What your Client Will See
When the NEW Agent places an order they will see the discount applied before they submit their order
The Referring Agent will receive an email letting them know that a NEW client has used their code.

The referral credit will be automatically applied to the Agent record
