Spiro has many different email templates that send at different parts along the pipeline of an event. You may not want to send a particular email. This guide will show you how to turn off and stop an email template from sending
To get started, simply go to Settings and then select Email Templates
Once you're inside the email templates, toggle of the active button to turn off the email template you wish to deactivate
Solo Photographers may want to turn off:
Approval Notification (this is sent when time off within 2 weeks is added to Google Calendar
Photographer Invoice Reminder
Time off Clash
Vinvoice
