Spiro has many different email templates that send at different parts along the pipeline of an event. You may not want to send a particular email. This guide will show you how to turn off and stop an email template from sending
1. Click on Settings…
2. Click on Email Templates
3. Toggle an email to Inactive to not send the email
4. For Example if we do not want the "Time off Clash" to send
5. Uncheck switch
6. Click on Confirm
Solo Photographers may want to turn off:
Approval Notification (this is sent when time off within 2 weeks is added to Google Calendar
Photographer Invoice Reminder
Time off Clash
Vinvoice
