Add Additional CC to all Agent Invoice Emails

You can add an additional recipient to receive all invoice emails sent to an agent. This is useful if a team member, assistant, or accounting contact should also receive invoices.

How to Add an Additional Recipient

  1. Log in to the agent account.

  2. Navigate to Settings β†’ Billing Details.

  3. In the Billing Details tab, click Add Recipient.

  4. Enter the email address that should receive invoice emails

  5. Click Save Changes.

Notes

  1. Any email added here will receive all invoice emails for that agent.

  2. You can update or remove recipients at any time from the same section.
