You have the ability to customize any email template that Spiro sends. Spiro allows you to add "variables" to the email to insert data custom to that agent/order.

How to Customize Email Templates using Variables

1. Manage the Desired Email Template

2. Click on Default to Modify the Default Template

You can have more then 1 email template for each email. These email templates can be set to be sent to specific Agents/Companies

3. Click on Variables

There are many variable in the system that will insert specific information about this agent/job

Click on Variables

4. For this Example we will add the Order Details Link to the New Order Email

Once you click the Variable it will be inserted into the Email Template

For this example the variable is:

"*OrderDetailsURL*" (no quotes required)

For this Example we will add the Order Details Link to the New Order Email

5. Let's add some text and set the link!

For this example we are adding the text "Click Here to View Your Order Details"

Next select that text and click the link icon in the toolbar at the top of the page

6. Click on Insert Link

7. Add the Variable to the URL Link

Click OK after you have added the Variable

8. Click on Save Changes

Click on Save Changes

9. Complete!

Now we have added text to the agent letting them know there is a link to view order details!
