Creating and Managing Coupons in Spiro
1. Click on Shopping Cart…
2. Click on Coupons
3. Click on Create Coupon
4. Is this a Global Coupon?
A Global Coupon means that this discount can be applied to any order of any products. There is not restriction on what needs to be ordered for the coupon to be applied

March Promo Save $15 off any order
Back to school special - Save 10% entire order
Non-Global Coupons
Save $25 when you order Drone
Pro Bundles take 10% off entire order
5. If this is a Global Coupon you can set a Service Restriction
Enabling this will allow you to select which Services (not Bundles) NEED to be ordered for the coupon to be valid
One you set a Service Restriction you can select the Services at the bottom of the page.
6. Give the Coupon an Internal Name (so you can identify it)
7. Type in the Coupon Code - this is what you give you client(s)
8. Is this a dollar amount discount, or a percentage discount
If you are using a percentage this will be applied on the ENTIRE order, it cannot be service specific.
9. Non Global Coupon - Select which Order Page this will apply
10. Set the Valid To and From Dates
11. Input the Dollar/Percent Amount
12. How Many Times can Each Agent use this Coupon?
Can each agent only use this 1 time?
If there is no limit per agent leave this blank
13. How many times can this coupon be used in Total?
Can 10 people use this coupon?
If unlimited leave blank.
Valid Dates, Allowed Uses Per Agent and Allowed Uses Total will all work together if set.
14. Minimum Order Value - Is there a minimum total value to be applied?
IE - All orders over $500 take $50 off
15. Non Global Coupon - Set Bundles and Services that must be ordered for the coupon to apply on the total order
