Create and Automatically Send a Satisfaction Email After the Shoot
Collecting Feedback from your clients is an essential part to understanding the satisfaction of your companies work. Inside of Spiro you can create a satisfaction email and automatically send it after the shoot.
In this guide we will walk you through the 3 steps to creating this automatic process!
Create the Email Template
Create a Task that will Trigger the Sending of this Email
Assign the Task to your Service(s)
1. Let's Create the Email Template - Click Settings
2. Click on Email Templates
3. Search for "delivery"
We will create a custom template of your Delivery Email in which we can trigger from the task
4. Modify your Delivery Email
5. Click on Add Custom Template
6. Give the Template a Name
Type "After Shoot Follow Up Email"
7. Give the Email a Subject
8. Now add the Body of the email
The body should tell your clients how to give you feedback or what to do if they are not 100% satisfied. You could also direct them to your Google or Facebook Business page to leave a review
9. Once You have the Email Complete - Click Save Changes
10. Now Let's Create the Task to send the email - Click on Task Builder
11. Click on Create New
12. Give the Task a Name - "After Shoot Follow Up Automatic Email"
13. Select Task Type - Job
14. Create or Add this to an Existing Category
15. No Instructions are needed
Since this will send automatically no user will need to know how to complete this task
16. Click on Requires Delivery Email
17. Select the Correct Email Tempalte
Choose the Email Tempalte you just Created in the Steps above
18. Set the Due Date and Time
19. Click on Hold Until Due Date - Task will wait until set Due Date
This means the email will hold until sending to the Due Date and Time you set
20. Assigned To: Click on System Delivery
21. Click on Create Task
22. Now we will add the Task to your Service(s) - Click on Shopping Cart…
23. Click on Services
24. Assign the Task to your Serivces
We find that if you assign the task to your Photographer Services this will cover most of your orders. When the Service is ordered the Task will automatically be created and the Follow Up email will be sent!
25. Once you have Modified your Service - Scroll down to Add a Task
26. Click on Merge Fleet Video Editing…
27. Drag your Tasks to be the Correct Order
28. Click on Save Changes
29. Done!
Now for all Future Orders in which this service is ordered the task will automatically be created.
You can view your Tasks under Task Manager or on the Property Website Builder
