The Onsite Tracking Page is going to be your best location to see approximately where your photographers are at in the day.

Here is a quick screenshot from the Onsite Tracking page:

Here you will see:

  1. Appointment Time - the time of the Appointment

  2. Arrival Time - the time the photographer set for arrival - this is sent via SMS to Subscribers/Agents

  3. Check-in - the time the photographer checked into this location

  4. Completed - the time the photographer completed this location

How to Read

In the above example, we can see that this photographer is part way through their day. Their first appointment is completed.

We know that they arrived early (10:27 am check-in for a 10:30 am appointment) and they were finished with their first job at 10:53 am).

We also know that they have arrived at their second appointment, they checked in at 11:42 am but have not completed this job.

When they checked into their 2nd job they set the arrival time for job #3.

They set an arrival time for appointment #3 of 12:45 pm (which is also the set time of the appointment)
