White Label - Portal Examples

In Spiro you are able to white label many different portals (or pages) inside the system. Below is an explanation of each portal and what is done at that portal.

It is not necessary to white label all of the portals, please pick and choose the portals that are more important to you. There is no charges to white label any or all of the domains!

  1. Agent Portal - this is where your clients will

    1. Place Order

    2. View Past Orders/Media

    3. Pay Invoices

    4. Manage the profile/settings

    5. Popular Subdomains: order.mydomain.com, portal.mydomain.com app.mydomain.com

  2. Single Property Website - these are the branded and unbranded pages that host all of your media

    1. Popular Subdomains: view.mydomain.com, media.mydomain.com

  3. Download Page - this is where your clients will download their media

    1. Popular Subdomains: download.mydomain.com

  4. Live Tracker - this is the online tracking website that is sent to SMS subscribers for updates about their appointment

    1. Popular Subdomains: tracking.mydomain.com, updates.mydomain.com, tracker.mydomain.com

  5. Property Website Editor - this is the page that will allow agents to customize their property website

    1. Popular Subdomains: update.mydomain.com, edit.mydomain.com

  6. Company Portal - this is where company pay / brokers deal invoice will be shown. The company portal is only accessible to users who are designated as "company manager" on their agent account

  7. Photographer Portal - this is where your photographers will log in to go through the shoot day process

  8. Editor Portal - where your editors will login and manage their tasks

  9. Spiro Admin Portal - when admin login to Spiro
