There are two ways an Account Manager can be invited. In this guide, it shows how an Agent can invite an Account Manager to have full access to place orders and manage their account.
Agents can invite an account manager inside their profile once logged in:
To get started on their account, they would need to click on Settings:
From there, they would need to click on Accoutn Managers & Contact and click on Invite an Account Manager
What is the Process Once an Account Manager has been invited?
Once you add the email and invite the account manager, an email is sent:
The Account Manager will click "Accept Invitation" and will be asked to log into their account (if they do not have an account they will be able to set one up)
The Account Manager will verify their account via a PIN
Once verified the Account Manager can click to Accept the Invitation:
The Account Manager will then have access to manage the new account
