There are instances where you have already added an agent’s email that was unfortunately mistyped or possibly used a different email address and they are looking to change it or use a different one, here’s how you can change that
Start by going into the Clients section and clicking on Agents: Pathway here
To access the agent’s profile, click on the pen icon
Once you have clicked that, this should appear:
Add the new email address to be used and don’t forget to scroll down and click on Save Changes
