Our goal when creating the fee structure for Spiro was to be as simple as possible and conducive to the way a REP company does business. We understand how a REP business operates because we are real estate photographers as well!

What is the cost of using Spiro?

Spiro charges a flat fee of $5 per completed job. A job is considered completed when it has been photographed in the field and marked as such.

Do I need to purchase credits in advance?

No, there's no need to pre-buy credits.

When does usage of Spiro begin?

You can sign up, configure your settings, and start accepting orders in Spiro at no charge. Usage is counted when:

  • You complete a job in the field.

  • You create a standalone delivery page.

How can I monitor my current usage?

You can check your current usage at any time by clicking on "Billing" and then "Current Usage".

How do I review my past usage?

To review past usage, click on "Billing" and then "Invoices".

How will I be billed for Spiro usage?

At the end of each month, we calculate your system usage and email you an invoice on the 7th of the following month. Invoices are due by the 15th.

How can I pay for Spiro usage?

Your invoice will include a link to pay with any major credit card.

Can I set up auto-pay for Spiro invoices?

Yes! When paying your invoice, you'll have the option to save your credit card information and choose auto-pay for future invoices.
