Managing Working Days & Hours for Photographers in the Admin Portal


1. Click on Team…

Click on Team…

2. Click on Photographers

Click on Photographers

3. Click on the desired Photographer Account

Click on the desired Photographer Account

4. Click on Working Days & Hours

Click on Working Days & Hours

5. Modify the Schedule to Reflect the Correct Schedule

NOTE:

Beginning of Day:

This is the time you will leave your home NOT the time of the first appointment.

Your first appointment will be:

Time Set + Travel Time to 1st location

End of Day:

Is the time you will arrive home NOT the start time of your last appointment.

Since this time includes Appointment Duration and Travel time home you may want to extend this time to allow for appointments later in the day.

Modify the Schedule to Reflect the Correct Schedule
