Spiro can track the payout to your photographers for each service they perform. Spiro will allow you to a hierarchy of payout at 3 different levels:
Payout on a Service
IE Pay $50 to the photographer when they perform "HDR Photography"
Payout on the Service Area
IE Pay $75 to the photographers in this Service area when they perform "HDR Photography"
Payout on the Photographer
IE Pay $100 to the Andywhen they perform "HDR Photography"

Access shopping cart, click on services.
Choose a service, set payout as fixed or variable based on criteria like square footage.
Save changes to finalize payout settings.
Tracking Payout in Onsite Tool
View completed jobs in onsite tracking tool.
Identify photographer payout under fee column.
Modify payouts if needed for accuracy.
Add custom fees like on-site downtime for additional payout.
Service Area Payouts
Modify payouts for individual services or regions based on specific criteria.
Setting Individual Photographer Payout
Access team section, select photographers.
Set custom payouts for each photographer based on services.
Save changes to ensure accurate tracking of individual payouts.
Managing Payouts
Spiro does not handle actual payouts; users must manage payments externally.
Track invoices, mark payments in Spiro to update status from unpaid to paid.
Provides flexibility and efficiency in managing photographer payouts.
