On the Calendar View you can add a quick view to groups of photographers to quickly filter the calendar to only see a group of photographers.

Creating Groups on the Calendar View

1. Click on Calendar View

Click on Calendar View

2. Click on Settings

Click on Settings

3. Click on Add Group

Click on Add Group

4. Give the Group a Name

5. Select a Group Color

6. Add Photographers

Add Photographers

7. Click on Save Changes

Click on Save Changes

8. Click on Calendar View to see your new Groups

9. To Show a Group tick on it, to hide a group tick it off
