How to Lock or Unlock a Delivery Page for Payment
Inside of Spiro you can choose to lock the delivery page so the agent has to pay before download. You can set this up on your account settings here
You can also toggle the lock/unlock option on an individual listing
1. Click on Listings
2. For the Desired Listing click the Property Website Editor
3. Look at the Force Payment toggle
If the toggle is "on" then the download will be locked
If the toggle is "off" then the download will be unlocked
You may toggle the switch as needed
4. When the download is locked the page will also give you confirmation that the agent will have to pay before download in the pop up message
