What Text Messages are Sent to Homeowners

When placing an order you can add the Homeowner to the order. Homeowners will receive up to 3 automated text messages:

  1. Welcome Test Message with your Getting Ready Guide

    1. Look for "Getting Ready Guide" here

  2. 1 Day Before Reminder

    1. Look for "Day Before" here

  3. 1 Appointment Before

    1. Look for "Next Click Message" here

NOTE: if the order is placed the day prior to the appointment we will not send the 1 Day Before Reminder. Spiro will only send the Welcome Message
