Configuring Agent Display Page Contact Information in Admin Portal

Spiro has global settings for some branding items on the property website.

  1. Show the Agent's Company Information on the Property Website

  2. Show the Realtor Logo on the Property Website

  3. Show the Equal Housing Logo on the Property Website

You can configure these settings at 2 levels

  1. Your system default - this will set configuration on all agents

  2. Agent Level - you can override your system default settings per each agent

One the Property Website - you can configure the options below:

1. Click on Settings…

2. Click on My Company

Click on My Company

3. Click on Agent Display Page Contact Info Settings

Click on Agent Display Page Contact Info Settings

4. Toggle any of the 3 options on/off

2. How to Override System Display Page Settings for an Agent

Spiro will allow you to override your system default Property Website Display Settings on an Agent level


1. Click on Clients…

Click on Clients…

2. Click on Agents

Click on Agents

3. Click on the Agent you wish to Modify

Click on the Agent you wish to Modify

4. Click on Edit

Click on  Edit

5. Scroll down to Agent Contact Info Settings

If you want to change the Display Page Settings

  1. Toggle off "Use Default Settings"

  2. Make any adjustments on the options below the Default Toggle

Scroll down to Agent Contact Info Settings

6. Click on Save Changes

Click on Save Changes
