How to use Custom Shape Service Areas and Assign a Trip Fee

When using a "custom shape" service area you may need to charge a trip fee. In order to do so you will need to create multiple custom shapes.

  1. Create and Draw overlapping Custom Shape Service Areas

  2. Assign a Trip Fee on the larger custom shape

  3. Spiro will always charge the client the lowest of the trip fee when the address is in 2 service areas
