The main agent on the order can choose to receive text message notifications when the delivery of the media is complete. By default, the main agent and any other account manager on the order will receive an email notification when the listing is delivered.
By default text message notifications is turned off, you can easily turn on text message notifications for delivered jobs inside your agent settings
To do this within the Admin section, you would need to access the Agent profile and click on Edit
Afterwards, you may then select from the three available options
Can clients respond to the phone number they receive the SMS notification from?
The phone number used to send SMS notifications is read-only, so can only be used to send notifications.
How do I fix the SMS notification not working, despite the feature being enabled?
To fix issues where an SMS notification is not working, despite the feature being enabled, please ensure it has also been enabled for the agent.
How to Modify Text Message Subscribers on an Order
From the Order Overview Page, In the upper right-hand corner, you will find the agent and an other additional subscribers on the order
Then click on the Pencil Icon to modify.
Make Adjustments as Needed, you may:
Toggle the Main agent as a subscriber
Add a co-agent/team member (these individuals receive emails and SMS about the order)
Add a Homeowner to SMS tracking
