How to Reset Password on Admin Portal
If you have forgotten your password you can reset it from the login page. The Spiro tech team does not have access to view passwords, this is the only way to get logged in if you have forgotten your password.
1. Click on Forgot password
2. Enter the email address of your ADMIN account
NOTE: this email address has to be the address associated with your Admin account. NOT your system contact email address
3. Click on Initiate Password Reset
4. Check your Email for a Password Reset Link
If you are not finding this email:
Check your Junk or Spam folder
You have entered an email not associated with an account in Spiro
5. Set a New Password
After you click the link in your email you will be asked to set a new password
