Integrating Spiro with Cubi Casa simplifies your workflow by automating the transfer of media and order management. Here’s a step-by-step guide to set it up:
Setup Quick Overview
Integrate Your Cubi Casa Account:
Go to Settings and select Integrations.
Connect your Cubi Casa account to Spiro.
Dropbox Integration - You Must have an Auto Import Folder for the Floor Plan section for the Import from Cubi Casa to work
Configure Service Toggles:
Navigate to your Shopping Cart and go to Services.
Toggle the switch to indicate that this is a Cubi Casa product.
Manage New Orders:
For every new job, Spiro will automatically create a Draft order in Cubi Casa.
NOTE: Your Photographer Account Email and Cubi Casa Email must match for Drafts to create in Cubi Casa
Complete Draft Orders:
On-site, open the draft order in Cubi Casa and complete it following their workflow.
Automatic Media Transfer:
Once the media is finalized in Cubi Casa, Spiro will automatically import it into the Property Website.

3. Click on CubiCasa Configuration
4. Enter your Cubi Casa API key
How to Find your API Key in Cubi Casa:
Login to Cubi Casa
Click Settings
Click Company
Click the Tab Developer
Click Generate Key

5. Configure Settings
Prioritize Floorplans with dimensions (if there are any) - Toggle this on if you want Spiro to import floor plans with dimensions (if any) over floor plans without dimension.
Import Preferences: You have 4 other file types Spiro can import (3D Videos, CAD, Home Reports, 3D Floor Plans). If you have ordered these items Spiro will automatically bring them into the Property Website.
Note: this will not order the product, you must to that in the Cubi Casa app.
6. Click on Save Changes
Make Sure you have Dropbox Integrated and have a Folder for the Auto Import to the Floor Plan Section
Add an Auto Import Folder
Note: Cubi Casa will place Floor Plans in this Dropbox Folder and then Spiro will auto import from this Folder
Now that your API key is entered you will have a new option on the Service Setup.
For each Cubi Casa Service in Spiro toggle on the Cubi Casa Draft toggle
7. Click on Shopping Cart…
8. Click on Services
9. Find a Cubi Casa Product
10. In the Service Setup you will see "Cubi Casa" Settings
11. Check On
NOTE: For the integration to work properly your Spiro Photographer Email and Cubi Casa Email address must match
12. Click on Save Changes
