August 21st 2024

We’re excited to share our latest software updates designed to enhance your Spiro experience and streamline your workflow. Here’s what’s new in our August release:

1. CubiCasa Integration Added
We’ve partnered with CubiCasa to bring seamless integration into Spiro. This new feature allows you to automatically import floor plans and 3D models directly into your listings, streamline your delivery process!

2. Listing Template Settings Added
Customizing your listings just got easier with new template settings. Set which property website sections display by default for your company, a real estate company and also an individual agent!

3. Dropbox Email Notification Options Added
You now have the ability to define a different email address on an editor's account to send the Dropbox share link.

4. Photographer Default Bracket Settings Added
We’ve introduced default settings for photographers, making it simpler to standardize preferences and workflows. You can now set the default photo bracket size for your company.

5. Photographer Time Off Management Added
Manage your photographer schedules more effectively with the new time-off management feature. Easily set time off in the admin panel for your photographers.

6. Editors in Multiple Spiro Systems
Previously an editor could only be in the system of 1 Spiro user. We realize that many of your work with some of the same editors. You can now add any editor to your system to assign tasks and send jobs! Along with Editors now an Admin and Photographer user can be in multiple Spiro systems!

7. Invoice PDF Viewing and Downloading
We have improved with how Invoices are being created and also displayed to your clients.

8. UI/UX Improvements Across the Portal
We’ve made various UI/UX improvements to enhance your overall experience.
