This article covers how you can place an order for both a new client and an existing one

For New Clients

If a new client calls and needs to place an order for the first time, you can quickly place on their behalf which then automatically creates an account for them that they can access moving forward:

Step 1: Select the order page you wish to place the order under

If you only have one existing order page, feel free to skip this and directly place an order

Step 2: If you have the order page open you can proceed with placing an order for a new client by clicking on Create Account

Step 3: Fill out the required details

Note: Please ensure that phone and email numbers are correct since once you have added them to the system they cannot be deleted easily

Step 4: Once done with signing up, you may now proceed to the ordering steps

For Existing Clients

If a client calls, emails, or sends a text message needing to order you can quickly log in as the agent and place the order for them.

Step 1: Click on the universal search bar

Step 2: Search for the client's name and click on place order

Step 3: You will be redirected to the order page and you can continue to place an order
