Setup your trip fee and photographer pay out for travel on the Service area when using the setting of "Photographer Based" service area.

This how to assumes you have your Service Area Settings set to Photographer Based, follow this guide

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Service Areas

Click on Service Areas

3. Click on + Service Areas

Click on + Service Areas

4. Enter in a Name for the Service Area

Enter in a Name for the Service Area

5. Enter in the Center of the Service Area

If you are drawing a polygon on the map for coverage area enter in the main city of your region

Enter in the Center of the Service Area

6. Select the type of Geofence Type

Custom Shape - you will draw boundaries on the map to define a coverage area

Radius - coverage area is defined in miles away from the center point (IE 30 driving miles is included at $0.00)

Select the type of Geofence Type

7. If you are using Radius define the tier(s)

In the example below:

0-30 driving miles does not have a trip fee ($0.00)

31-50 driving miles has a $25 trip fee

If you are using Radius define the tier(s)

8. Decide if you keep any of the Trip Fee

Toggle the button off, and enter the percentage of the trip fee you (the REP company) will keep.

9. Select the Photographer for this Service Area

You can only have 1 photographer per Service Area with this method

Select the Photographer for this Service Area

10. Click on Create Service Area

Click on Create Service Area

11. Now on the Order Page:

On the Order Page your client will see any trip fee (if applicable) when they select the photographer for the appointment.
