Q: How to change the website theme?

A: You can chane that by scrolling down to the bottom of the Property Website and you can find it under Website Settings


Q: How to change the "Listing Agent" title?

A: You can do so by going to the agent's profile:

By default it is set to Listing Agent but you can change it to anything


Q: How can I enlarge the text on the flyer my agent is creating?

A: Text style/font and size is currently not customizable on the marketing content.


Q: Can I whitelabel the branded site URL?

A: No, Spiro does not support whitelabeling of the branded property website


Q: How long does a listing website remain active?

A: 1 year of hosting is included in the Spiro fee. If you need more than 1 year, each additional year will be billed at the Spiro service fee.


Q: Why is the property website not showing any watermarks when previewing the site? The payment plan is set to Pay Before Download

A: This is due to you logged in to your Admin account. Access the download link using an incognito browser and you should see the watermarks on the images


Q: What is the distinction between branded and unbranded video?

A: Branded has the agent contact and company info on the page and the unbranded does not.

All MLS's in the states require non branding on the MLS


Q: What is Traffic Report?

A: Traffic reports are designed to keep agents updated on property performance.


Q: Can I disable/enable the Property Website and Download page?

A: Yes, you can!


Q: Can you add additional Galleries on the property website?

A: No, it is one per section


Q: Why is CubiCasa not syncing my floorplans automatically?

A: Please ensure that floorplans are added to your default section to ensure that it will sync each and everytime


Q: Can agents edit the property website?

A: Yes, they can! You may send this to them


Q: What file format is accepted for the floor plans?

A: JPG, PNG and PDF
